At Psodeisgn, we strive to provide high-quality custom sports and outdoor apparel. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Please read our return and refund policy below.




Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom-made items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Standard Items: Returns on standard non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.




To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@psodesign.com, providing your order number and details of the issue.

After approval, you will be given a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.




Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong items).




If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.
